正直な話、今回の事例のまとめ方は我々のレベルからすると非常に高く、参加者全員が撃沈状態でした。
中にはリーズニングという言葉を初めて聞いた若手もおりました。
なにが難しかったのか、自分なりに考えてみたのですが、そもそも同僚の中には理論を実践で使用するということを理解していない者も多く、その中でステップ3の枠組みを選択しての考察、ステップ5の介入で使用した理論や手法というところで、両者の違いを理解できていないのではないかと思います。
理論にも、フレームとなる理論と介入に使える理論などの大小があるかと思いますが、理論を組み合わせて実践するということが私も含めてよく理解できておりません。
そこで、理論の活用のコツといいますか、使い分け方について教えてきただからばと思いました。ステップ3で使用する枠組みとなる理論（人間作業モデルだと個人的にはありがたいです）と、ステップ5の介入に使用できる代表的な理論（これはおさえておきたいというもの）、その使い分け方のような部分を教えていただきたいです。

そもそも新人は、将来のot像はあるのですが、その(像)を理論とか、概念で捉え、文献とかで(像)を読み解くという行為には至らないと思う。そこまで経験を重ねるなかで 概念に興味をもち調べだすことが往々にして あるかと！

作業療法の説明の仕方って？
作業療法士であっても説明の仕方が混在している現在。いろいろな考え方が混在している現在。
ただ、作業療法の根幹は同じであると思うので、どのように、特にインテーク時にクライエントへ(ほんとはケアマネとか他職種へのアピールも知りたいがひとまずクライエントにで)説明していくとよいのか？
